Manuscript of Tatyana’s Letter with Pushkin’s Autograph Presented in Kaliningrad for the First Time

For the first time, the Kaliningrad Regional Museum has publicly displayed the censored manuscript of Tatyana’s letter to Onegin from Eugene Onegin, written by Alexander Pushkin himself and bearing his authentic signature. This unique document, dated 1826, was discovered in the Kaliningrad region in the family archives of the descendants of Count Uvarov. The authenticity of the manuscript has been confirmed by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation. The exhibit will remain in Kaliningrad, becoming part of the region’s cultural heritage accessible to residents and visitors.
