Italian Opens a «Piece of Sardinia» in Russia

Italian entrepreneur Cristian Sollai, with experience in Germany, France, and Monaco, has relocated to Kaliningrad. He is creating a unique agro-cultural space that combines local Russian products with Sardinian culinary traditions. The project includes an open kitchen with a nuraghe-shaped fireplace, a mini-cheese factory, and the production of sausages following Sardinian recipes.
